OVERVIEW

Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by the following terms:

  1. The Sneaker Doc's priority is to clean sneakers to the highest possible standard, a practice we have maintained for over 5 years. However, all items are cleaned at the consumer's own risk.

  2. The Sneaker Doc will issue refunds only for the price of the service rendered if the consumer is unsatisfied with the standard of cleaning provided by our team, and this is following another attempt at cleaning.

  3. The Sneaker Doc does not guarantee the complete removal of all stains and exercises safe cleaning methods when cleaning your footwear. If you request our team to attempt the removal of a stain using harsher techniques that hold more risk, we will be happy to do so upon your request, but we will not be liable for any damages caused by attempting to remove the said stain.

  4. The Sneaker Doc will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that our cleaning services maintain a high quality. However, we cannot guarantee the quality of manufacturing, and thus various circumstances may arise that are extremely unpredictable. The Sneaker Doc will not be liable for the following occurrences:

    • Color loss, fade, transfer, or discolouration

    • Shape loss, alteration, or shrinkage

    • Stiffening of shoe skins or the forming of creases and wrinkles

    This does not exclude any other unforeseen occurrence during the cleaning process. We promise to take the utmost care with each individual item but have no control over how trainers are made or their quality.

  5. The Sneaker Doc will take any damage claims seriously. If an item gets damaged, and it's proven to be due to The Sneaker Doc's negligence following an investigation, your compensation shall not exceed three (3) times our standard cleaning charges or fees for the item, regardless of brand or condition.

  6. The Sneaker Doc requires customers to express any concerns relating to the quality of service provided within 48 hours of their cleaned item being collected/returned via the original method of contact.

  7. The Sneaker Doc requires the customer to inspect all items upon collection/return, and any dissatisfaction with the item should be reported immediately to our team. Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of any claim to dissatisfaction or damage to the item. Once the item leaves our care, we hold no further liability.

  8. The Sneaker Doc will not take responsibility and will not be liable for any footwear that has been previously damaged by the consumer or another company before being given to us.

  9. The Sneaker Doc will not issue payments for damaged footwear or fixtures for services previously rendered or for any problems encountered outside of our service.

  10. The Sneaker Doc shall not assume responsibility for any personal property left with us, including cash, jewelry, dust bags, etc. We request that our customers check for any personal belongings prior to sending items to us, as we will not be held responsible for any lost personal belongings.

  11. The Sneaker Doc has the right to charge any customer a holding fee of £2.00 per day if any sneakers are not collected within 5 working days of completion. The Sneaker Doc will also dispose of any sneakers or products left with us for longer than 3 months.

  12. The Sneaker Doc reserves the right to refuse services to any customer and/or process any item at its discretion.

  13. The Sneaker Doc may revise the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
