REFUND POLICY

Our policy:
Our refund policy applies only to shoe orders that have not been cleaned. Any shoes that have undergone cleaning are not eligible for a refund. To qualify for a full refund, your item must not have been shipped to us. If we have already received your shoes, we regret that we cannot issue any refund. However, we will gladly return your shoes to you.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the service provided, the initial step is to have your items returned to our lab for inspection before any further actions are taken. Refunds or replacements will only be processed after we have received the items.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account. If the refund is still not showing, we recommend contacting your bank, as there might be some processing time involved before the refund is credited. If you have completed all the steps above and have not received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@thesneakerdoc.com
